The official site has been updated with some pretty big news. Eoin Colfer has taken part in a group project in support of Amnesty International. He and 9 other authors worked together to write a book, one chapter each.
The book is entitled “Click,” and will be released in just 2 days time! For any Dubliners out there, there is going to be a release party on Thursday 4th October at 1pm in Larkin Community College, Cathal Brugha St., Dublin.
We have the following summary of the book’s plot, and it’s already up for sale at Amazon if you’re interested!
A globetrotting photo-journalist, George ‘Gee’ Keane, leaves to his two grandchildren, Jason and Maggie, a stack of photographs and a collection of seashells in a mysterious wooden box. It starts them on a journey that will last their whole lives and take them around the world in the footsteps of their grandfather meeting the people whose lives he touched along the way.
Colfer has also given a short interview on the project, which you can read here.
