Holly and Trouble had left Mrs Kelp to buy enough food to have the whole of Haven for dinner.
The reason for this was Ilene wanted to invite the Marshells round to show off the decor of the house and the best way to do this was invite them for dinner. There was only four days left. Everyone was running around the shops as if they were going to be shut for three years (not just - Christmas, the 26th and New Year).Â
There had been a large ice rink set up in the center of the shopping center for the festive period.
“Come on” said Holly
“What? Go where?” asked Trouble still thinking about the car trip.
She laughed and dragged him to the edge of the rink. They were handed a two pairs of skates.
“I’m really useless at this Holly!” he laughed
“It’s OK I’ll show you” she said.

Holly held Trouble’s hand. He wasn’t as bad as he was saying he was.
Eventually they no longer felt the need to stay in at the edge. As they went nearer the centre
she let go of his hand and span round.
“Showing off now are we?” Trouble asked her.
She laughed and took his hand again when two younger elves were obviously coming towards them out of controll.
CRASH!
They fell to the ground.
“Sorry!” the elves shouted back.
Holly then started giggling (AN: highly ooc i know) and Trouble helped her up.

When they returned home the Marshells had put up more lights and Ilene had purchased a musical tree that every time you entered the house played an old mud man song “Jingle Bells”.
Holly was sure Trouble had something to do with the fact it seemed much quieter the next day. Also she was sure a sales person had kicked it after he got the fright of his life when he was at the Kelps trying to sell them some sort of TV package.

No they shouldn’t!! holly and Artemis are so different not to mention Artemis only see’s her as an ally. Gosh i H8 holly/Arty love stories. They make me sick!! (but they’re still pretty good) apart from the pairing. Eoin Colfer put a post up saying thatin the next book there was gonna be something between Holly and Trouble in a Love sorta way! YAY!! anyway thats all i have to say. TYVM
