Holly stepped off the privet jet and thanked Butler. She walked up to Minerva’s house ,still weary of the fact that this Mudgirl had once held hostage a Demon and her too. But then again, Artemis had once also. She tapped on the door and peered through the glass to make sure Minerva was answering it, and not some psycho manservant. Minerva answered the door. Holly stood there for a second unsure if she would be welcome in the home, if she wasn’t she might lose her magic.

“Holly,” sighed Minerva, “I’m not stupid. even if you are invisible you still have a shadow and your pointy ears really give it away!” Holly unshielded.

“nice to see you too Mudgirl.” Minerva gestured for Holly to come in so she did.

“Now, Holly, I know that you really don’t care for me so I’m positive that you had a gigantic reason to come.” Holly pinched the bridge of her nose.

“You are so much like Artemis and his kidnapper clone person!” Minerva’s eye’s popped out. :shocked:

“Artemis was kidnapped!! when? why? who? did you catch them yet? Where is he?”

Holly shook her head. “I don’t know yet. That’s why I came to you. His kidnappers must have been genius and stealthy so I guessed it would take one to know one.”

Minerva rolled her eyes. “Still bitter? well,on thing is for sure, either you have a boyfriend, or The person who kidnapped Artemis has mouse brown hair!”

Holly’s eye’s gave away how confused she was. Minerva sighed.

“You have a few brown strands on your clothes. I figure hat the chairs were too tall for you so you sat on the ground where all the dander is and you have a paper cut, and considering you aren’t the type to read and don’t do paperwork, AND it’s still bleeding a bit, you received it recently, and assuming you were just at Artemis’s house he showed you some papers, perhaps a map or book, and I know Artemis would never waste his time showing you a book of anything when the internet is there.”

Holly looked a shock of amazement. Minerva was smarter than she thought! “So now the remaining question is, why were you there?”

Holly chewed her lip. “The Police think I’m a murderer.” Minerva’s jaw dropped.

“Then I guess you came to the right place. Now who do you know that hates Artemis and has brown hair, also is about his height, and looks practically identical.”

“Two people. And with some make-up either one could pull it off. Well, maybe only one.”

“Who?”

“Chix Verbal, a stupid Sprite, and my arresting officer, Trouble Kelp. Unfortunately they both have no motives and Chix is in a coma from crashing into a wall. Also Trouble saw me off when I left in the shuttle.”

Minerva nodded. “There is a way though. Evil clones.”
