She was walking down the street, in a way no one else would dare. She was wearing an outfit, in a way no one else could imagine. She looked like she had just come out of an avant-garde fashion runway. But just like her outfit, she, too, looked like she had just come out of the runway. Her face was glowing and her eyes twinkled with joy; everywhere she went, a sense of joy would fill the room.
The way she walked, you’d think she was in a world with no worries. It was more of… floating, you could say. A sort of effervescent feeling would spread across the small radius around her.
But all this was to change. All this was to change when she saw him. Artemis Fowl. Right there. Being mauled to death….by fangirls.
Screams echoed across the albeit busy street. The fangirls laughed maniacally upon touching his pale skin. He was in a full panic, there were so many of them! Butler was being held back by another one hundred of the girls.
“Stop!” She cried. As if shouting and pleading for a shark to stop eating the fishies. “Stop!” She shouted again. She realised this would not work. Her blood temperature rose and her face reddened. Anger filled every pore and every particle of her odd and peculiar being.
Screams filled the air. This time more fangirlier than the ones before. It was a robot replica of Edward Cullen, she had created it and she winded the pin and let him run. At first it was just a distant cry, a faraway sound of feet. But as it came closer, a larger hoard of fangirls came running towards the “RobotEdEn 1.2” . She smiled in satisfaction as she watched the Artemis Fowl fangirls getting whisked away by the crazier Edward Cullen fangirls.
She walked up to Artemis Fowl, still in a daze. Butler watched her cautiously. She smiled at Butler. Butler nodded curtly. She offered a hand to the genius. He looked up, and accepted it.
“… Thank you.” He said, looking at his feet.
“Your welcome!” She smiled cheerfully.
He smiled too. “What can I do to repay you? One grand? Two?”
“No no no, I’d like nothing!” She teased her hand out of his. He quickly let go when her realised he was still holding it rather tightly. His face reddened. She giggled childishly.
“Err…. are you sure?”
“Fine then, you can treat me to ice-cream!” She grinned.
“I’ll treat you to the best there is! Oh, by the way… who are you?” He led her further down the street.
“I’m crazy.” She winked. He gave her a weird look. But he liked her all the same.
Butler raised his eyebrow. He wanted to grin and chuckle, actually, but that might not be such a good idea.
