Just to let you know,I can’t update any of my stories for about two weeks.I’ll write this one because tommarrow is Halloween here in California and many other states.And I will try be enjoying as much of my stacks and stacks of candy before my mom decides to give the rest to my other relatives.HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!Let much of your dreams be SCARY on this frightnening day.

WARNING:Please read this even though it’s slightly Artemis/Minerva.I’m a supporter but don’t hate me.Also,sorry about the mistakes and the kinda pointlessness.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO VINYAYA AND HER HALLOWEEN BIRTHDAY!=D

Artemis was watching as his mother dressed up the twins for their fifth Halloween.They were going as a black ninja and a blue ninja.

“Artemis,dear,”his mother said,”Don’t you want to come with the twins and go trick or treating?Your father and I would be so grateful.”

“Come on Artemis,”Beckett said,”You didn’t go trick or treating when you were young.”

Miles whispered into Beckett’s ear.”He’d be a GREAT vampire.Just look at him.”They giggled.

Artemis said,”Well,I don’t have a costume.So how in the world am I supposed to go without a costume!”

His mother walked over to the closet and started rummaging around with loud clangs and bangs.She finally came out with a cape and fake fangs.

“I will not go out wearing that.Its degrading!”

Angeline had an ace up her sleave because she thought he would say that.”Minerva will go out trick or treating.I’m sure that I can get her to come with you if you go with the twins.”

“Alright,let’s go.Come on boys we’re going trick or treating.”

“YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!,”the twins cheered.

~Outside Fowl Manor~

Minerva was waiting outside the gate wearing her princess costume.Complete with tiara and some jewelry.

“Cute costume boys,”she exclaimed,”So are you three ready?”

Miles and Beckett were all fired up.”We’re always ready for candy!”

Artemis groaned and scratched the back of his head.

Minerva noticed him.”This is your first time trick or treating isn’t it?”

“Yes.How did you know?”

“It’s too obvious.Don’t worry we’ll have an awesome time!”

Minerva’s smile actually made Artemis smile.”Thanks for the encouragement.”

Miles and Beckett grabbed their once in awhile chance to ambarras their big brother.So they chanted,”Artemis and Minerva sitting in a tree!K-I-S-S-I-N-G!”

“Okay,I think that’s a sign that we should go.”

~Somewhere along a route that Minerva had planned that gives candy and not toothbrushes or apples~

Something had been bothering Artemis as they walked close to their first victim house.

“Minerva.”

“Yes?”

“How on Earth did you get to my house so fast?You’re in France,I’m in Ireland.”

“Oh easy.Your mom told me to come an hour before she got you to go.”

“WHAT!?”

Miles stepped in.”Yup.We had it all planned.”

And then Beckett,”It was sooooo easy to get you to come.You must be slipping,bro.”

Miles said,much to Artemis’ annoyment,”The great Artemis Fowl outsmarted for the second time in his life.”

“Come on this house has lights on.Wait!Minerva is this house good?”

“Clear.Nothing but candy.”

“Let’s go.”

Minerva rang the doorbell because Artemis just wanted to watch this first time and because Miles and Beckett couldn’t reach the doorbell.

“Trick or treat!”all of them exept Artemis chanted.

“Awwww.Don’t you all look cute.Here’s some for you and some for you two ninjas and some for the vampire.I would just like to say to you,young man,that that’s the most realistic costume I’ve seen in awhile.Well,happy Halloween,kids!”

“So,”Minerva asked Artemis,”How did you like your first ever house?”

“I..I…you can get free candy and compliments just for that?If so,that was fun.Let’s keep going.”

“Alright!Let’s go!”

 

~About a hundred houses later with almost ten pound candy bags~

“I think this is enough for now.Look.It’s getting dark and this is a haunted night.”Beckett said with a shaky voice.

“Are you kidding?”Artemis questioned,”We’re just getting started.”

“Artemis?I think they’re getting scared.I’ll bring them home.You can continue if you like.”

“Okay.I’ll just keep going while you three can go back to my house.Minerva,you are staying at my house for the night,right?”

“Right.Everything’s all set in the guest room.”

“Alright then.Miles,Beckett?”

“Yes?”

“Keep Minerva company,okay?”

“Okay.Bye Artemis.We’ll see you at home.”

 ~At Fowl Manor~

“Minerva,Artemis,Miles,Beckett.Is that you?”yelled Angeline from the kitchen.

“It’s only Minerva,Miles,and Beckett.”yelled back Beckett.

Artemis 1 exclaimed,”Where’s Artemis?”

So they told him that he was out trick or treating by himself.

As they finished explaining a rush of cold air crept through their spines.

~Artemis trick or treating…all alone~

As Artemis walked towards the next house he,also,felt a chill of cold air.

Maybe I should head home.It’s been ten houses since I started by myself.he thought.

An ominous howl went into his eardrums,scaring him so that he started to speed up his pace.

This is ridiculous.I’ve faced worse than ghost.Haven’t I?he questioned himself.

He felt as though someone was following him.Creeping closer with each of his footsteps.He turned around but found nobody behind him.

He decided to call Butler so that he could pick him up.Butler answered after two and a half rings.

“Hello?”Butler said,”Artemis is that you?Minerva and the twins told me about you trick or treating by yourself.Glad you had fun.”

“Thank you,Butler.Could you please come and pick me up here at 13th Avenue?”

“Ofcourse.You’re not scared are you?”

“Ofcourse not.”

“Alright then.I’ll be there as fast as I can.”

Artemis ended the call and started to pace a little.But after a few steps,he saw a white figure,white as a sheet,floated towards him.He..or it…was not human.Artemis started to run,still gripping the candy bag,as fast as he can but it wasn’t fast enough.It caught up to him and grabbed the collar of his cape.He screamed at the top of his lungs.A little more shrilly than nessesary.He somehow wriggled free before he got too high up.Butler(and sweet safety)was parked in front of him.Artemis got into the car and frantically said,”Step on it,Butler!”

“Don’t worry,Artemis.It’s not like there’s a ghost chasing us.”

“But…but….but but.”stammered Artemis.

“Come on Arty.We’ve faced worse.”

And with saying that,they drove to Fowl Manor.

~Fowl Manor~

Artemis found that Angeline,Artemis 1,Minerva,Miles,and Beckett were about to start a game of Monopoly while enjoying the bounty of candy.

“Come on Artemis.Come and play with us.”said Artmis 1.

And,as if nothing ever happened,he joined them for a family game holiday.

Artemis 1 asked Artemis,”How was trick or treating?”

“Exciting,to say the least.”he replied.
