Loading ...Author’s note: My first story, and I know it will stink, so all flamers welcome. Just a little hint, I am Holly, who has commented on just about every romance story on this site. Chapter 1: Mission
Section 8 Headquarters, 21:50
“Holly, I have a new mission for you.” Foaly said. “It’s on the surface, near the Carribean Islands.”
Holly instantly brightened. She had been in a dark mood all day. She had even told Trouble to buzz off. “Well?” , she asked, smiling ever so slightly.
“Don’t get your hair in a knot. You need to find and capture an elf named Midnight.” Foaly said.
Holly raised an eyebrow. “Midnight? Haven’t I heard of him?”
“Yep. Notorious gang leader, fifth elf of the Sevi Circle. A criminal record big enough to fill the whole headquarters. 500 years in and out of jail.” Foaly said, looking at her as if she were an idiot.
She gave him an acidic look. “Where have you tracked him to?”
“Anguilla, just 120 miles south of Florida.” Foaly said, bringing up a 3-D map of the area, and highlighting the island with a laser pointer. “He managed to disable his tracking device, though, so I don’t know exactly…”
Holly looked shocked. “Something YOU don’t know? This has got to be a new record. How’d you track him if he disabled the tracking device?”
Foaly grinned and clopped for a few feet. “I’m not as stupid as you think. He may be a seasoned criminal, but all criminals carry cell phones.”
Holly looked thoughtful for a moment, and then looked shocked. “Wait; Criminal masterminds, surface runs, it can only mean one thing….”
Foaly stared at her while she said this and said flatly, “Yes, you have to take Artemis.”
“NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

My my Holly dear. look at all the reviews you’ve got. Sorry it took so long but I’ve been off and on traveling through Wisconsin to get back home. Anyways, yes this is a brilliant story. Artemis and Holly fall into charecter very simply, perfect fit. You could be Eoin Colfer’s Double
May I suggest that you multi task? and not only add to this but to make new stories as well? I look forward to them all. Especially to your updates to this particular story. Again my apologies for being so late.
