Artemis made a single phone call to the most unlikely person: Captain Holly Short. She would help him destroy Minerva. In fact, she would play a crucial role.
“Holly, I know for a fact that you like me.” Holly blushed furiously at this sentence, but she did not deny it. Artemis continued. “Would you like a chance to be my girlfriend?”Holly thought she had heard wrongly. The Artemis Fowl, asking her if she would like to be his girlfriend? Of course she would! “Of course I would!” Holly replied enthusiastically, beaming from ear to ear.
Hours later, Holly unshielded. She walked to where Artemis was waiting for her, and kissed him passionately on the mouth. He was surprised, but quickly responded.
In Artemis’s study, Holly asked him why did he suddenly want her to be his girlfriend, and anyway didn’t he already have a girlfriend? Artemis explained that he had broken up with Minerva and he wanted to hurt her in a horrible way. Holly was a bit sad that Artemis wanted her only for this but she was sure he would grow to like her in future times. And she was okay with hurting Minerva as she hated her from the very start.

I’m sure Artemis actually isn’t really that harsh and why does everyone write about Holly hating Minerva and both of them like-liking him? It’s wierd and as you can tell I’m a M/A shipper so I’d like variation.

I like the breaking up thing, but I think its a little weird having Holly as AF’s gf…
I mean, interspecicies relationships are a little, well, u know….
The depression thing is a little dramatic…
I like the rest of it though!
