Loading ...Chapter Ten - The Rebels
Opal Koboi was absolutely seething with rage. Artemis, her prisoner, had disappeared along with her assistant, Minerva. Opal had put tracking microchips on both of them. She knew she shouldn’t have trusted that wretched girl to look after important cargo like Artemis. They were bound to free each other sooner or later. She leaned back in her Hoverboy, trying to regain her composure.
One of the goblin generals stepped into her room nervously. “Miss?”
“What do you want?” the pixie snarled, glaring at him with contempt. Her dark brown eyes glittered with anger and annoyance.
The goblin quailed. His mistress was becoming more and more inflammable. “Ah, nothin’ much, but . . .”
“Spit it out!”
“The . . . the . . .”
Opal picked up her water glass and flung it at him. He dodged and it shattered when it hit the wall.
“The prisoner has escaped!” the goblin general whimpered. Opal rolled her eyes with disgust.
“I already know that, you dimwit. Tell me something I don’t know! Did you hear me? TELL ME SOMETHING I DON’T KNOW!!” She snatched up a Digi-pen and threw that at him too. It hit the goblin square in the nose, and sent him reeling backwards. “Come back only when you have something worth reporting. Otherwise, I’ll have you killed. Now GET OUT.” The goblin staggered out of the room.
Opal sighed. This wasn’t doing much good for her blood pressure. And she was having a harder time controlling her temper. If only she had a plan . . . that was the only thing that would help her calm down. Maybe she should start formulating a one. Opal pushed her thick black locks out of her face, and began to think.
And when Opal Koboi is thinking, you’d better watch out.
The goblin general and a few of his minions lingered outside the door. After listening for a bit, he turned to them and whispered, “Miss Koboi’s mad. An’ I mean crazy mad, not just mad mad.”
One of his officers fidgeted. “Ya sure she’s mad? She seems plain genius to me, General.”
The goblin general shook his head. “She chucked her glass an’ a Digi-pen at me. If that ain’t madness, then I dunno what is. An’ if our commander’s mad, she’s uncapable o’ leadin’ us, an’ if we got an uncapable commander, we’re not gonna get anywhere. We’ll totally fall apart. I say we revolt.” He tossed a fireball at a nearby trash can.
His officers gasped. “Ya . . . ya can’t be serious, General?” another officer whispered. “I mean, Miss Koboi’s a million times smarter than us. She could beat us to pieces without one of us raisin’ a fireball.”
The goblin general couldn’t be dissuaded; his mind was set. “Nah, we can do it. An’ we certainly will. Now you go tell the others, but don’ let you-know-who catch on. No hesitatin’. Now get to it.”
He watched the bulks of his officers scamper off, bumping against each other. This was it, he thought.
They were going to revolt against Opal Koboi.

OMG!!! I LUUUUURVE this fan fic!!! It’s gonna be A/M right? Coz I don’t wanna waste my time reading another A/H. I love H/T…sooooo cute!!!
Please update! I’ll be waiting!!! So sweet…you could edit some stuff like, in the first chapter, when Minerva asks like, ‘where did you learn that?’ about Arty’s magic, you could put instead of “I siphoned off some magic from the warlock circle and learned how to use it”, you can put ‘I stole it’, something simple sometimes does the trick

My two favourite pairings are H/T and A/M and there both (by the looks of it) going to be here! I like the style of writing it’s not too depresing but you can see which parts are serious. Good Job update soon!

After reading to the end of chapter six a few questions pop to mind, first, why did Minerva team up with Opal, second, I thought that you were a non Minerva-basher, in fact, to me, you seemed to be a M/A shipper, third, How the heck did Opal escape jail?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Huh? I thought you were an A/M shipper???!!! Or will she turn good? This plot is pretty erm…unlikely, and a teensy bit cliched, since if it’s Opal Koboi, well, she’s already returned once, no?
And the characters are a bit outta character as well. *shrugs*
Tell me if it’s gonna be A/M, coz I really hate fan fics where Minerva’s the antagonist and the baddie.

Just keep reading, people. Sorry I haven’t been able to update the last couple of months. I was doing something else for school. But now that school’s over, I can focus on this a little more. And read the seventh chapter if you wanna know how Koboi got into all this and why Minerva is acting all weird. And I apologize if this fanfic is starting to sound really stupid and pointless. By the way, I am still a M/A fan!

Well we will just have to wait and find out. But personaly my opinion and this has nothing to do with you is that Minerva should die plain and smpile but good job very very good
