This is a H/T fanfic. It takes place 4 or 5 years after The Opal Deception. It’s also as if Root never died and The Lost Colony never existed.
“Holly that’s great!” said Foaly into his phone as he walked into the LEP dining hall. Root looked up from his sandwich. “Ok, see you when you get down then!” Foaly said again, then he hung up. He turned to his commander. “Holly’s coming down, she and Trouble have some knews to tell us!” Foaly seemed more excited than usual after Holly and Trubs’ wedding. Root mummbled something and resumed eating his lunch.
Holly and Trouble stepped through the big LEP doors. Unsurprisingly, grinning. Before anyone could move Foaly cantered past the tables towards them, also grinning. Root stood up from his desk and made his way over. “What’s the big news?” he asked. Trouble took Holly’s hand. “Well…” he began. Then looked down at Holly’s stomach. Root followed his eyes. “Holly, have you put on weigh…” Root started but diddn’t finish, “Oh my God!” He joined them in grinning. Grub came over. “Hey bro. Wassup?,” he said, then he saw the slight bulge. “Holy trolls! Holly’s pregnant!” he screamed as he dropped his cake. The whole room spun round to see.
Artemis, Butler and Juliet ran to LEP HQ on the orders of Root. Juliet had a way better expierience with romance and soppy stuff than Butler and Artemis and she had seen the marrage coming a mile off. Arty was nearly 18 and had been working on his fitness with the help of Butler, he could now run a lot faster. Juliet had recieved a call from Holly and dragged her brother and not-so-young Artemis down to Haven where they had been given further intructions by Root to get down to him pronto. On the way she had broken the news to them. They burst into the LEP office and Butler fell over Artemis as he stopped abruptly. Everyone turned their atention from the fairy couple to the heap of humans. Artemis managed to free himself from underneath a very heavy bodygaurd. Then he said “Congratulations Holly!” and helped Juliet pull up Butler. “Hi Artemis,” said Trouble, “We were just about to go to the hospital for Holly’s ultrasound scan. You wana come?” Artemis thought about it “No sorry I can’t. I promised Mulch I’d help with a PI thing.” “Ok,” replied Trouble and he and Holly left.
Later at the hospital Dr. Williams called all his collegues to the screen at room 4. An elf is supposed to have a single child every 20 years, it had been that way forever. There had been no exceptions at all. The group of doctors gathered round. “Holy trolls,” one said at last. Holly was going to have twins!

Awesome! Holly’s having twins! Of course it would be her, since she’s done everything else that’s weird…kind of strange though how humans could just run down to LEP HQ easily like that. But really good story. Finally someone’s not trying to wreck the Holly/Trouble relationship (or maybe you will in future - please no H/A shippers hate me!!).

E.N.HA’s right about H/T. I mean, it just seems right. H/A (please forgive the Young Wizards analogy) makes about as much sense as Nita/Ronan. Actually, it makes even less sense. Nita and Ronan were both human, and they were both wizards, and Ronan’s ‘partner’ (The One’s Champion, also known as The Winged Defender, Athene, Thor, Promethus, et cetera) was an old friend of Nita’s.
Sorry about all the detail. I just want to prove my point.
