A/N: This has been collecting dust on my PC, thought I’d
open it up (and burn your eyes).
Disclaimer: I don’t own Beckett, I don’t own Juliet, I don’t own Artemis. Heck, I don’t even own a Jay Jay the Jet Plane backpack. Do they even play that show anymore?
Beckett was packing up all the bare necessities: blankets, candy and Nerf guns.
“And their, stupid, stupid brains,” He grumbled as he zipped his Jay Jay the Jet Plane backpack shut and stomped out of his room.
“Whoa there, Beckie Boy, where do you think you are going?” Juliet, his body guard and unofficial babysitter said, catching him by his unusually thick hair.
He looked up to her with innocent, yet determined eyes and said: “I’m moving to Mexico. Juliet, will you drive me there?”
The woman formerly known as the Jade Princess held back a chuckle and kneeled to his height and asked him: “Sweetie, can you even speak Spanish?”
“¡Sí!” Becket replied, indignant. “And they will call me Pepe!”
Artemis, who had been walking past them, and not paying attention to the conversation, yet was startled from his thoughts by such a strange sentence; blinked. He turned around, opened his mouth, closed it then walked away.
Surprisingly, no one cared.
“And, in Mexico, you will . . .?”
“Steal rice and give it to people who have to eat vegetables.” Beckett answered honestly, as this was his plan.
Juliet, after barking a laugh, asked: “Is there a Plan B?”
Beckett pondered this. “I could breed Chihuahuas.”
“And you think this will work?”
“Yes. Why not?”
Juliet licked her lips and pondered for all of a second. “How about we go out for ice cream instead?”
“Okay. Only if I can get a cone, though.”
“Deal, Pepe.”
