Artemis Fowl and company are back in business yet again, this time they’re facing another disgruntled former LEP officer Stephen Mallan who’s thirsty for revenge, Artemis Fowl thought that Mallan was a easy enemy to defeat, little did he know, that Mallan was no easy pushover, in fact what Mallan would be doing, would not only violently change LEP and the lower elements but also Artemis and his world, and Artemis and company would need to have the assistance of a man who was long dead, The Late Commander Julius Root of the LEP.
